Hassan Al Momani is a bilingual legal director with over 22 years of experience advising major financial institutions across the Middle East. He has held senior leadership roles at Qatar National Bank (Former EVP – Group Head of Litigation), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (Senior Legal Advisor), Al Hilal Bank (Director – Litigation), and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (Head of Advisory and Litigation).

With extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, financial crime, civil and criminal litigation, labour law, family law, intellectual property, and regulatory advisory, Hassan consistently delivers effective legal strategies and risk-mitigation solutions. He is regularly engaged in complex dispute resolution, arbitration, and cross-border transactions governed by LMA, ISDA, ICC, and Sharia-compliant frameworks.

Combining deep legal knowledge with a strategic, business-focused approach, Hassan crafts tailored solutions that protect clients’ interests and advance their commercial objectives. He is fluent in Arabic and English and holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Yarmouk University.
