Abdallah is a highly skilled legal professional with broad experience in corporate and commercial law, including a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises clients on company formation and restructuring across various legal frameworks, and has been actively involved in major privatization projects and due diligence processes.

Abdallah’s expertise includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide spectrum of commercial contracts such as agency, franchising, distributorship, joint ventures, and employment agreements. He is also proficient in handling e-commerce and IT-related legal issues, as well as labor law matters. In addition to his corporate practice, he has significant experience in real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and lease agreements.

Complementing his transactional work, Abdallah is engaged in dispute resolution, providing legal representation and strategic advice in commercial and civil litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings. He holds an LL.B. from Damascus University and is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association.
