Khalid is Senior Legal advisor of Abu Dhabi office. He has extensive corporate and commercial law experience, particularly in respect of investment, joint ventures, banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, criminal and civil law. Khalid has enjoyed an extremely broad based practice spanning diverse areas of law including corporate, commercial, construction, real estate, arbitration and provision of litigation support. Over the years he has acquired an in depth knowledge of UAE law Khalid holds an LLB from the Neelain University in Sudan and he was admitted as a licenses lawyer at the Sudan Bar Association since 2011.
